pipe burst

I have been calling the Ethekwini Municipality Water customer call centre from the 23rd of November 2015 till today to report on the pipe burst. They send their people 2 repair the pipe and the minute they leave the pipe burst again. Water is now flooding inside the house. This is highly frustrating worse is they only attend to this fault ONLY at night while during the day we struggle with flooded house. This morning again when I called and I spoke to a \highly rude"customer service agent by the name of \""HALIMA\"". She screamed her lungs out and she put me on hold 4 like 3 minutes and carried on and on. Strangely I was the one who was suppose to put up a performance for her since I am the one suffering from the incompetency of their plumbers.
