Pensioners Rates Rebste

I emailed the pensioners rates rebate forms to EThekwini municipality for 2026 / 2027 on Wednesday 15 July. Telephonically I was informed that the forms were not received. I was requested to re-email. Emailed on Wednesday 19 August.

Friday 21 August I was informed telephonically the forms have to be processed and an adjustment will be made on the July and August rates accounts.

I was informed to call the Ethekweni rates department on Wednesday next week to follow up on capture of rates rebate pensioners discount.

Totally unacceptable and extremely poor customer service.
