Pathway cleaned but dirt left outside my house

Hi, I stay on road 701 chatsworth, next to a pathway, the cleaners cleaned the pathway but left the dirt outside my house next to the pathway and it is lying there over a week and no one has come to pick it up, that is really ridiculous, very unhygienic and stray dogs could make a mess out of it, someone needs to come pick the dirt up please!!
