PATHETIC SERVICE & NON-DELIVERY from this department !!!!

Its been a month now since we have had our yard sewerage pipes bust open with toilet papers & faeces coming out into the yard , made my first report to this department on the 24/11/2020, they sent out a team to come look at the problem but the guys came and didn't fix the issue , one of their workers used out toilet but as soon as they were done looking they just left without even letting us know why they hadn't done anything. It is now the 22/12/2020 ( a month later ) and I have been calling them almost EVERY DAY , they keep saying the case has been escalated / sent to their supervisor but nothing has been done . Very disappointed in their service delivery , even when you call the call center agents , they have low energy and aren't willing to assist. Such a disgrace of a department , Christmas is coming and our yard is flooded in filth - I have small dogs who drink this filthy water who now face the risks of contracting diseases and illnesses from people who cant simply do the job we pay them to do !!!
