pathetic service from ethekwini electricity

what do you have to do to get your complaint through to these assholes in the electricity department since December 2020 we in Bonela has power outages everyday or every 2nd day. today no power reported it 3 hours ago and phoned again technicians not on site yet where do they get idiots from to work in the industry the way I iook at it is people get jobs there through who you know not what you know & then call center got timer coz for about over 100 calls I make the answering time while you on the line is 17 minutes to 23 minutes never earlier or later than that this department is truly ****ed up & now they coming around for voting & if you vote for me I'll do this & that but no they'll go again *****ing funds ,bad delivery service etc etc plain down these people are just there to earn a salary which we taxpayers pay all in all they are all *******ed idiots and who put maxwell mthembu in charge this **** never ever rep**** to over 10 emails sent to him
