ethekwini electricity department seriously has a problem with sorting out power outages in bonela. on going for as long as i can remember. the best part they ignore whatsapp & emails they don't respond like whatsapp message they only read after an hour habit say use that platform enough is enough. the municipality must give people foam of vouchers to accommodate the perishable we trough away like last week 23hours 50minute no electricity & now going off for hours on end. what are these idiots up too. they they pride themselves in quality service. I don't think they know the meaning of quality they don't seem to find the root problem of the faults just guessing. anyway this the most idiotic run municipality in durban the electricity department our councillor dont even have answers. there is no more words to describe the *********** idiots who sit on top & do sweet nothing fed up resident
