Pathetic service Ethekwini electricity department

Absolutely useless pathetic staff in.the electricity department. Meter reader comes once in 3 month's. I email the readings every month . Specifically told electricity department NOT to include his reading in the billing that month but to include In next billing cos it inflates the billing. Got it right ONCE. All other times it's a mess despite repeatedly advising them. Ombuds office is just as useless.
