Pathetic service at the electricity department in Durban

I'm a very upset and livid about the electricity department. I have been trying to contact them for the past 2 days with no success. When you dial the number it says it does not exist. I mean a whole department??? I mean our meat is getting spoilt now in the frigde who is going to pay??? I have sent an email now let see when it's going to get resolved!!! It's a joke and they want us to vote?We always have a problem with the electricity at uMbumbulu I have so many reference numbers of when I phone and report along with my neighbour. Every week there is no power. It's sickening or maybe we are not important.
