Pathetic service

Hi few roads in bonela ( palace & tait places) having power outages everyday/ every 2nd day for the last month only in the evening this is not load shedding cos we have a load shedding schedule..... continuously complaining to deaf idiots in the department same problem cable fault so what is the real problem they return an email stating we pride ourselves in excellent service..... I don't think so cos these guys can't fix single houses complain technicians come and can't sort out problem they bypass the meter so obviously they don't lnow they stuff and I was offered that once I refused so they came next day and changed my prepaid meter but there is a number of houses dont pay for electricity and no 1 bother to ckecl they sit in the comfort zone and do flipping nothing they must go house to house and see who pays & who got free power back to outages what are they doing about it I'm a pensioner and 3 times my wife have thrown stuff from our fridge and freezer no on 1 reimburse us they are really unprofessional idiots
