Pathetic service

<p>What a pathetic service i recieved for ethekwini municipality. .i reported a fault on Thursday 20/07/17 regards cable theft no they told me i will get assistance within 24hr till to dae 27/07/17 we have heard nothing from them. Call for follow ups nd no proper answer recieved from call centre aget.</p>
