pathetic service

<p>Reference no. F160907/1219 that was the last ref given following series of reference no.s. i requested them to lift up our sewage by adding more rings to it but to no avail even after several follow-ups made with them. Only to b told the person allocated to do it said he cannot find it but never even called us to show it to him.</p>
