pathetic municipality

this ethekwini electricity department is just a bunch of useless people sitting in their office & getting their salary from us tax payers we in Bonela has had a problem with electricity outages every day for over 3 months in the evening between 5& 6:15 every evening load shedding then power comes on for 5 minutes then off until dooms day so many emails to mayor's office which in turn they send to so many useless idiots I got all the names too many to mention all got the same excuse the middle name ( I don't know) flipping use bunch should start cracking the whip on *********** individuals like the health MEC nomagugu simelane then maybe things will improve coz as long as nobody tells this useless bums to get their act together nothing will be done Mr mthembu it starts with him get rid of this good for nothing idiot then things may change how many times I sent him mails never ever responded
