Pathetic Front of Desk Service

<p>I have been trying to contact the eThekwini Muncipality ( The Metro Bill Revenue Department) to query an account and request an inception to date statement but have made numerous phone calls to the following numbers, ********** , ********** , ********** , with no answer or being left on hold for 30min only to be cut off.</p> <p>Emailing does not work as you never respond to emails either!!!</p> <p>Your service is pathetic!!!!! Your department is a joke and your staff are useless!!!!</p> <p> </p>
