Pathetic Billing Service by Electricity Department

With the millions of complaints received on a regular basis over a number of year's about the exorbitant electricity bills, you would think that the problem would be investigated and sorted out. I received one of these bill earlier this year and this month I have received another one for another property I own. At this point in time I owe the municipality R58,000. I think we are been ****med by the ANC.
