Pathetic

<p>My mothers has had no electricity since yesterday morning (18 July). She assumed it was load shedding but to her surprise she found out last night that her light had been switched off. We called the municipality and they claim that technicians had been allocated to the call. Still they have not come out to switch the electricity back on after numerous phone calls and complaints. It has been more than 24 hours. Pathetic service. </p>
