Paltry service provider

Water was disconnected. They claim account wasn't paid. There was a 13000 credit which appears to have disappeared. Water meter readings are irregular. In addition there are two fire hydrants which were installed a while back to avoid an insurance claim. An amount of 8000 was paid ten minutes after the disconnection. Payment was emailed & a call made. I was informed that I would have to wait 72 hours for reconnection as an online payment can be recalled. Calling in this morning was met with "water reconnections don't work on the weekend" Ethekweni is destroying the psyche of the residents it charges for services that it most certainly doesn't provide
