Over 1 year & still no prepaid meter despite FULL payment

<p>I made 2 applications for prepaid meters to be installed on the 15th of July 2015. I've tried to call several times and the calls never get answered. Once, when it did get answered, I was told there was a 9month waithing period (this was 8months) and I need to wait a month more then call in....ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING!!!!</p> <p>Now its over a year and still no word from the Municipality about when it will be installed. My money has been held with them for over a year with no interest and the worst part is that you can never get any answers from them.</p>
