Outrageous bill!!!

<p>Our average monthly bill has been R5000 give or take for 5 years. In February we received a bill for R22000.00. No readings have physically been taken.</p> <p>Queries to ********** have not been responded to. Emails to ********** and ********** failed to deliver as the email addresses could not be found.</p> <p>On the latest bill they are threatening to take legal action! </p> <p>They have also increased our monthly rates without notifying us of this.</p> <p>What can we do?????</p>
