Orange refuse bags non delivery to Sherwood area for months

Despite endless calls and most unanswered we have not received orange recycling bags for months on end. No one was collecting the bags either. The collections have resumed but we still do not have orange bags at our complexes in Wattle Grove, Sherwood.Our supervisor of the complex phoned and she was promised bags a few months back. Nothing! I tried the number ********** which she gave to me and no one answered. Surprise, surprise! I phoned Municipality and was given Thandeka's number to call. After several attempts and days eventually Thankdeka (customer liaison ) answered on ********** 780/1. She promised to follow up and we would receive bags but she couldn't say when. That was weeks ago. Nothing has been sent. I have since tried Thandeka again on that number, several times in fact. No answer at all. How frustrating! Does anybody even work there??
