Not settled the bill instead they close water they robed me

<p>On March 2014 there was a water leak on my meter, I called municipality plumbers to fix a leak and they came to fix it and I sent the claim to water loss insurence. Water loss insurance requested the plumber invoice and I told them the whole story about the leak and who sorted it, they told me that they not pay for that leak, municipality pay for it and they ask me to go to eThekwini water and engineering in old fort road, I went there and they filled something on a computer and they told me that they will settle the bill I have to wait for few months. After six month I ask at municipality that when are they going to settle the bill they told me to pay what I am used to pay every months they will pay the balance. From there I continue paying but now they closing water because of that bill and they added water disconnection fees to my account for their fault. Now I have to pay for their incompetency.</p>
