non existant service

<p>I phone a couple of times to ask for an original account (get mine by e mail). Each time I waited 30 minutes agents busy. Left a message. No response. Phoned another number to be told phone ANOTHER number! Next told you have to come in to get an original and wait 2 hrs in a queue. As a rates payer I resent this non existant service! I pay my accounts religiously every month.</p> <p>On the one hand we are asked to use emails for accounts everywhere and on the other need ORIGINALS NOT email copies for RICA. This is rediculous. Where is the coordination and service in this country?</p>
