Nobody wants to fix the problem!!!

Hi<br> <br> The lights in my factory have been disconnected. I phone the accounts department, they tell me the account is paid up, I have to report it to faults.<br> <br> I did this, faults check it out, they tell me this is not a problem for them, I have to phone the accounts department.<br> <br> I phone accounts again, tell the call centre agent what I've already been through, she tells me, this is not a problem for her, I need to phone faults again.<br> <br> In the mean time the lights in my factory still remain disconnected as they have been for 3 months! This is affecting my business!! I am sick of being given the runaround!!<br> <br> Nobody wants to give me helpful information yet they can make me hold on for half an hour each time I call to tell me this???
