Nobody knows anything

I am utterly disappointed at the level of competence portrayed by the Ethekwini Electricity Department. In threat month we have encountered more than 3 Faults in in Umlazi M section.In all these occasions we were left without electricity for over 11 hours. Half our groceries ge. spoilt and no one can be held accountable. Th sad thing even the supervisor is clueless. Worse part today alone I reported 5times only to find that our not even in the list of affected areas
