NO SERVICE TOTALLY NO CARE ATTITUDE

<p>I have written numerous emails to the municipality giving notice since 04 July 2017 that I will be vacating and need to have my water and electrical services terminated. I have been in this house for 15 years. Right though the duration of July i kept on sending emails and even phoned to confirm the termination of services. near the end of July i was contacted eventually by the termination department stating that "We do not terminate services anymore, and we cannot see who this property is linked to" I lived there for 15 years, the house belongs to DPW/SANDF for over 25 years. I then wrote and email to the CEO, well he just keeps on passing the buck, The house has been handed back to the SANDF on 01 August 2017 and still to date my services has not been terminated and my deposit has not being paid back. </p> <p> </p> <p>I need the services terminated immediately and my deposit paid back to me as was supposed to have been the case by 01 August 2017.</p>
