No power on diwali

On the eve of diwali, a few houses on our road had a power outage. I lodged a complain with the municipal. On diwali there was no power, this caused great inconvenience to us as we could not shower in order to pray and we could not finish our cooking. When I called in the next day they said they can ONLY send in a technician after 8am. This is extremely dissapointing as this is our religious holiday and we were unable to perform our rituals. In addition to this no one at the call centre picked up the line to assist and give us a feedback with regards to when we will receive electricity
