NO POWER DUE TO EXPLOSION!!!!!! NO ELECTRICITY FOR DAYS

Power terminal was repaired by members of the Ethekwini Electricity on Saterday 25/11 at about 11am after not having power for 2 days. once power was restored for about 2min the power box outside our home exploded and was sparking and flames was present. the technicians had a brief 1min look at the box and then left leaving the box exposed and the electricity wires sparking. this stayed this way until Thursday the 30/11. the power box exploded and was in flames!!! blue security and the police was onsite yet no one thus far have come through to investigate or repair this open power box. after many attempts to try and log the fault with the Ethekwini Electricity department all the ref. numbers that was logged with their department was not present on their system. it has now been day 3 and still we have no power. we managed to get the only ref. number ********** and this also we get told has not been escalated.... does a house need to go up in flames or someone die before this open power box is attended to and fixed and our power restored??? how many more days do we need to go without power?????
