No power

I have been trying to contact ethekwini municipality for yhr last 3 hours. No one answers the phone. You can't even hold the line to speak to someone, the line just goes dead. We have had no power from 3pm on Saturday 11.12.2021. It came on briefly last night. And is off again.

This service is **********! We are battling to justify what we pay and the service which is received.
