No electricity for 7 days

I cant believe a 74 year old woman has to be without electricity because your guys simply don’t want to do the job. We have been calling every single day to get help but all we get us a reference number and get told to wait. It has been a full week without electricity and my grandmother is diabetic, she has had to keep her medication in our neighbours fridge due to the lack of urgency you guys have. My child is breastfed but we can’t even keep his milk in the fridge because we have no electricity. People don’t want to keep breastmilk in their fridges so I’m so frustrated by all of this!
