No electricity for 4 days and the municipality doesn't care

On Friday 29 September we got loadshedding at 6pm and the lights came on at 8pm for 2 minutes and **** lights went off and we live in a flat I checked the main switch had not tripped so that meant it tripped in the main room I logged my query on WhatsApp got a reference number and when I called Saturday to follow-up the lady told me that there were two references because WhatsApp is a bot and she gave me the second reference because the initial one got canceled. The technicians came one of my neighbors saw them but I hadn't seen them and they never bothered to come knock at my door. I sent an email and dud another query on WhatsApp and they responded to say they found a faulty cable and it was sent to the depot. We kept calling and sending emails nothing. On Sunday afternoon the lady we spoke to when we called said the depot is closed on the weekend there is someone working as a standby it is now Monday still no power I have sent an email I called and was told the job was given to someone and the technicians do work through the night but if it is not resolved to call in around 8 so they can check with the depot coz when I called around 4:30PM they had closed at the depot so since Friday and numerous follow ups we are sitting with no electricity
