No Electricity For 3 Days To Date !

Good day

Kindly note it is day 3 and we do not have electricity.I have called and emailed, ref no:*** and to date nothing is been done!

It is only myself and 3 other houses in Barracuda road which are affected. Everyone else in Newlands East has had their electricity restored.

I have my 75 yr old mother who is at home during the day ,my perishable goods in my fridge has now gone off.Who will compensate me for same while everyone drags their feet and refuses to attend to our calls for help ,instead I get told they are aware and working on it .3 days later ????

I urgently need some sort of invention ASAP.
