No black bin bags

<p>Hi im writing this complaint to say that we have been receiving horrific sevice from the chatsworth munipalicity.....we do not have black bin bags to put out our dirt...we were only given a pack of bin bags in octobter and that was it...when we asked the driver of the bin truck we were told to phone...ive tried 9 times and when im transferred they cut the call what the ****....we have been paying for a service....why take our money but dont give us the bin bags....only rogues act like this...i insist that a manager call me urgently to get this matter resolved....my address is 107 sandlewood grove westcliff chatsworth 4092 im available from 2pm to 2:30pm i want this sorted today.</p>
