Municipality robs the community

I am really upset with the service I have received from staff of the municipality because I had booked the chatsworth circus site for a Charity event we held on 3 November we had to pay 2400 for, we still had to get an electrician to access power for us from the stadium which costed another R3000 and now we are asked to pay R660 for toilet facilities. I cannot understand why we have to seperately for these services because everything should be included in the price we paid for the property. This event was supposed to be a profitable one so we could donate a percentage to the home for children with disabilities but with all these expenses we had to incur just to have the event we left with almost nothing. The electricy department was called out to the venue the day before to assist with power but they couldn't assist without a go ahead from their management and that could only happen if we app**** at the electricity department which we didn't do because we were not told of these processes ahead of time. This is a municipality building which supposed to be for the community but it seems as though the municipality just wants to make money of individuals and would stop at nothing to get it. The staff that's employed needs to be competent enough to do their job which is really not what is happening and because of this my event costed me an arm and a leg, this is no acceptable at all!!!
