Municipality doesnt care about health issues

If I could help it - I would rate this dept a full zero. Its been a month, three cases logged, approximately 20 calls, about 8 -10 emails, even a personal visit to the office but still this department of municipality displays no care to the rate payers. The outside drain is blocked but nobody has bothered to come over, dig to find the manhole and fix the connection drain. They take the rates monthly - from someone who has never missed one payment in years, but cannot offer services when really required. There are health hazards with this blockage. Refer my personal visit to Roshen Mohenlal, or Petros, Mandla !!!!
