Municipality are *******- billing me on *****elent usage

Good Day I have sent an email since the beginning of May 2018, in regards to the incorrect billing on my statements and the ********** amounts I have been billed for years. I have been ****** and the municipality are *******. Terrible service and no remorse for the public. Today a senior person for the meter reading responded her name is Rashila Govender who makes it seem as if I am illiterate and who is still not giving me answers I need. I want my current bill to be brought to zero and for the municipality to get their act together and bill my correct reading. I will also do whatever it takes to get to the mayor and inform her of these *****elent activities.
