This is the second night without lights we have logged two calls with the call centre regarding the electricity box outside the yard (danger box) has been sparking, then there are busting noises with smoke coming out which then results in us having no lights. This is due to the neighbour *******ly connecting their lights. A technician came out yesterday and said it was a fuse on the main electricity box which they replaced but never checked on the small box outside our house. The problem of ********** activity had also not been addressed. This issue has been an on going problem
