Meter Readings

I am so worried that I will recieve another bill for over R18000. I have a paper trail to show that I have send my meter readings but still to this day I get my tax invoice from the Ethekweni Municipality that show that I have send no readings for previous and current months. To ensure that the email address is correct, the cut-off date for sending meter readings is all correct and to ensure there is no mistakesI have visited the Municipal office several times but to no avail. I am so frustrated and confused to say the least. Last time I jad no choice but to pay the R18000 rand or rhey would have disconnected me from the grid. My payments arw up to date but I am still nervous that they wack me with a huge amount even if my records show thay I am in the right.
