Maladministration

I've been on the wait for 4 month's for a permit that should take 6 weeks. Ms Nosipho at Business support alongside Ms Nomonde Mlolongo have been maladministrating my application. When I call or come to the office they make excuses. Today Ms Mlolongo called me to meet at 9:30 am to see the site and she has not shown up or picked up my calls. I believed this is a political barrier they use to discourage people from obtaining needed resources. They know the structure to complain is not working and hence our voice will never be heard. What criteria is used to serve us eThekwin Municipality? Is it the affluent get served and the poor get nothing?
