Load shedding or pure cruelty

We haven't had any electricity since the 4th of January 2020 at 21:30 till now. Food is going to get spoilt and go off. I didn't think municipality would be so cruel, yet I thought our president said there would no longer be any load shedding. I reported the matter and they still haven't resolved it. This is unacceptable.
