LOAD SHEDDING

Kindly be advised that i reside in the Eastbury area of Phoenix. When ever there is load shedding, i will have to call ethekwini municipality to restore the power after 2 Hours. The power in our area goes off at 6pm and was supposed to be restored by latest Half past 8, but power only gets restored at 10pm. that means we have 4 hours of load shedding and i don't think that is fair. I have been calling each time to the municipality and my first reference number i was told to use was my cell number thereafter i was given reference number which are *** and ***.<br> <br> Please can someone investigate as to why Eastbury has 4 hours of load shedding as compaired to the usual 2 hours.<br> <br> Thanks
