Living In Darkness For 3 Days

Once again, here we are living in darkness for the past 3 days! It has become a norm for a handful of Amaotana residents to be living in darkness. About 30 minutes ago I went past 2 technicians who were apparantly sent to sort out our lights which has been out since last night and that's been the case for 3 days now, however 30 minutes later the lights go off again. What did they sort out cos clearly whatever they have been doing for the past 3 days has given them the same results? We have had this problem for quite some time now. The last time when my food got spoilt due their negligence I was advised that the municipality cannot re-imburse me. The function that was to take place has been postponed since then and I have to once again purchase the goods from my pocket! MR FRANCIS from the claims department in Durban was eager to tell me that, the municipality is not and will not take responsibility for the spoilt goods! Now once again at the rate the electricity is going it seems as if we are gonna go through the same process again!!! How many times must this keep happening for them to finally sort the problem out???<br> This is absolute nonsense and is SUBSTANDARD work!!!
