LIES, MISINFORMATION, SLACK, INEFFICIENT

I ordered and paid for an electricity meter and a water meter to be installed in mid December 2017 at my property. I was away when they did the installation.

While I was away (for 6 weeks) I called PPM SEVERAL TIMES and asked them to tell me where the water meter was located? They couldn't help but said they would send someone round when I got back to show me. I called them again in January and said I was concerned as the irrigation was apparently working at my property so how is it possible if there is a meter and I had not purchased water. They told me it was because they leave you with around 400 litres to use after installation. I told them it was very unlikely that 400 litres would last 6 weeks with one person living there and an irrigation system going daily. They could not give me any satisfactory answer.

As a precaution I bought a water voucher and asked my husband to go and punch it in so that my tenant would not run out of water. He could not find the meter. I sent my son, he could not find the meter, I sent a savvy friend - she could not find it.

Since then I have been begging them to send the technician who installed the meter to meet me onsite to show me where it is. I was pushed from pillar to post and eventually got through to some women who again asked me what my problem was. I told her. She then MIND BOGGLINGLY said, 'Well, that is why I am calling you'?? Had I missed something.

I told her I was calling her. She then went on to say that actually NO water meter had actually been installed (huh????) because they had run out of meters in December but not to worry they had some new ones in stock and when could they come and install?' I could not believe my ears. literally 30 phone calls to this company asking them where the meter was and NOT ONE person told me there was no meter.

I told her I expected a call from their MD to explain to me why it is I should continue to use them (they make their money from the purchases not the actual meter.)

I have heard nothing and I have no water meter but have paid them for it in December. The electricity meter is also installed so high up I would need to use a ladder to be able to punch in the numbers.
