LEAKING PIPE NOT ATTENDED TOO

We have a problem at Maasbanker Newlands east , we have a bust pipe with water going down to the below flat's we have been reporting and nothing is done the

7 and 8th August we reported and we were given ref no F200708/851 nothing was done 25th August we reported again and given F200725/360 nothing was done

I phoned again today and was told I will be given a new refer number which is F200901/720 THE PROBLE WE HAVE GOT KIDS WHO ARE NOW PLAYING IN THIS POOL OF WATER WHICH IS NOT GOOD FOR HEALTH , WE NOW HAVE MOISQUITO'S ETHEKWINI WATER IS NOT ASSISTING AND WHAT ABOUT THIS WATER WHICH IS BEING WASTED PLEASE ASSIST MY CELL NO IS *** NAME THABI MKHIZE
