Lack of service delivery

As of 23 January 2019 from about 6 pm the residents at 105 siripath road resivour hills were left without electricity after numerous calls to the department from that date to the 25 of January 6 am the problem was still not resolved. The relevant families are very upset by the poor service being delivered by the department and the inconvenience of our food being spoilt and had to bath in cold water ,and still awaiting further assistance.
