KZN Municipality joke electrical department!

I am so sick and tired of sending WhatsApp requests (11 in all) pressing “8” to report out street lights which have been off in our ENTIRE STREET for the past 5 months!?!?!?!?

WHAT do I have to do to get someone to come and fix this issue????? Poles 2 through 12 -------------

I don’t know why you constantly tell me it is in NEW GERMANY – we are nowhere near New Germany – our street is pitch black…. The crime rate has increased with home invasion in this area and it is time now to hold Ethekwini Municipality responsible for this lack of service delivery.
