KwaMnyandu Mall Ethekwini Sizakala Centre Service

I am not sure if this is eThekwini Municipality.

I went there this morning to query an account. The Lady by the name of Yandisa Makhosonke assisted me. She was so professional and courteous that I didn't feel I am at the Government Office. Offices were clean and people were treated with Dignity. The Supervisor is so visible that you can simply walk in his office. I think he is so visible because he knows his staff will never create a situation where you need his intervention.

Keep it up KwaMnyandu Mall, Sizakala Center.
