Irate client

Absolutely appalling to say the least. The Attorneys working with my cancellation and simultaneous registration has submitted for rates clearances as off the 11th of August 2020 . Because of my persistent follow up I managed to get the assessment on the 27th of October 2020 . Now for them to issue clearance certificate they are taking forever. My attorneys are ready to lodge. I called in to be tolded that it is authorized however it just needs to be issued. This is the service delivery we get . This going on from Tuesday the 10th of November 2020 still nothing. I want a manager to contact me on *** urgently. Devendrie
