Incorrectly billed due to meter switch

Att to Peet du Plessis maybe you can assist since Water dep failed dismal I need help with my account ,I was incorrectly billed but municipality is failing to sort my account for 4years now.Thokozani Dube promised to do correction instead it went worse,I've emailed done it all but no lucky.Hence I'm still paying monthly acc no.***
