INCORRECT BILLING: ETHEKWINI MUNICIPALITY

Good Day,

I am in need of URGENT assistance and hope that some kind person can help. I received an erroneous bill in October 2024 from the Ethekwini Municipality (Durban) and even though I am continously sending complaints through via. App and telephonically, I am getting no assistance. The bill was in excess of R140 000 in Ocober and us being carried forward. There is only my son and myself ( a single parent) living at my residence and can not understand this. I am so stressed that now it's affecting my Mental Health. Councillors are only around during elections! I cannot get through to the one responsible for my ward. EMAIL: *** PLEASE ASSIST!
