Incomplete work done by Ethekwini water

I logged a case of a leaking pipe on 30 May 2024. A plumber was sent 2 weeks later which I was not aware of who dug 2 holes filled with on my driveway and then left. Those holes are filled with water now and the area is not even blocked off. Someone can fall in. I have made over 50 called and sent over 30 emails which there was a reply but to another person to handle the issue. Keith ****gavanam, Komalan Padigadu, Mbuso Mazibuku, Balan Naidoo, Gareth Enock, Bianca Turner, Thando Duma, Bheki Mazibuku, Ntokoh Xulu, are the people on the email and have no interest in assisting. They need to be fired if they can't do their jobs.
