Poor service. They have not come to take our meter reading for a long time and merely charges with estimation. I also phoned through and gave them the meter reading but the consultants at the municipality are so *********** that they transfer you from one person to another. At last, some-one takes the meter reading but I am sure they too just took it to pacify me. I dont know whether it has been recorded or not.
